Many car manufacturers now are producing cars that can be upgraded to become the best car on the road. Tuner cars time can be compared to the hot rod era where hot rod then where upgraded to become hot street rod cars. Tuning cars can be quite expensive which both compasses improving the look and performance but still many car owners push through this because of its worthwhile result to their car.

Though almost any car can be upgraded yet not all cars are suited for this concept. Some cars that is best to be tuner cars are Scion TC, Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V, Acura RSX, Mitsubishi Lancer and other more. While some of the great tuner cars around are VW GTI, AE86, 2nd Generation Talon, Lancer Evolution, Mazda RX – 7, Eclipse and the likes. You can add your own list if you like.

Here’s a live look at the Mitsubishi Concept-RA. Pretty good looking car for a Mitsubishi, and i like the exposed engine idea. If you’ve got diesel, flaunt it! Too bad it will most likely never be more than a concept, but at least they’re going in the right direction.
